Unable to find hp print and scan doctor in program features so that i can uninstall it. i have also search file locations - 6353911. Type %temp% and hit enter, look for the 7z folders and delete them (you can delete all files and folders from here, if you would like).i read about the computer troubles you are having and cannot remove the print and scan dr.. To remove the hp print and scan doctor, just search your download files or your hard disk to see whether there is a file named "hppsdr.exe". if so, directly remove it and your hp print and scan doctor will not launch again..
To complete the uninstall, remove the printer and any windows print drivers from the windows devices and printers list. make sure the printer is turned on and in a ready state. if your printer connects to the computer with a usb cable, disconnect the cable from the printer.. I installed "hp print and scan doctor" v.4.4.0.20 last night and it has acted like a major virus on my computer. i have a windows 7 64bit, dell 9000 i7 which has worked ok with all the previous software upgrades from hp.. The hp print and scan doctor is not listed in the uninstall programs on my hp laptop. i later found out from other posts on this forum that the hp print and scan doctor is not a separate program, but rather a file which is inserted into my more than 2 million files in my hp laptop..
