Go to the acer site and download the driver for the touchpad but do not use the auto install system. manually install just the touchpad driver for your device and hopefully it should work. it is a fiddly job but i had to install most of the drivers manually after upgrading.. Then download and install the synaptics (or elan) driver for win 10 from the acer support page and restart. if the trackpad is not immediatley active on the restart, hit function f7. at least this fixed it for me..
